Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Who this covers

This policy covers two groups: business users who create campaigns, and players who open a public game link or embed.

2. Business user data

We store your email address and authentication identifiers, your brand profile and saved themes (company name, colours, fonts, logos, banners, descriptions), and your campaign content. This data is used to operate your account, render your games and show your analytics. Accounts are isolated: campaigns, brands and themes are only readable by the account that created them.

3. Player data

When someone plays a public game we record anonymous gameplay statistics only: whether the game was completed and won, score, number of attempts, duration, an optional rating and comment, whether the result was shared, and the referral source (owner link, player share or direct). We do not ask players to sign in and we do not store names, emails or player profiles.

4. Processors

We use third-party infrastructure for hosting, database and file storage, authentication (including Google sign-in if you choose it), and AI content generation. Campaign prompts and brand descriptions may be sent to AI providers to generate games and themes. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

5. Legal basis and purpose

We process account and campaign data to perform our contract with you, and anonymous gameplay statistics under our legitimate interest in measuring and improving campaign performance. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Retention

Campaign data is retained while your account is active. Deleted campaigns are archived so they can be restored, and are removed permanently when you purge them. Deleting your account removes your brand profiles, themes and campaigns within a reasonable period.

7. Security

Data is stored with row-level access rules so that each account can only reach its own records, and transferred over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us from your account email address to exercise these rights.

9. Children

The dashboard is not intended for anyone under 18. As a campaign owner you must not target games at children under 13 without a lawful basis and any required parental consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
